Purchasing a 360 solution is easy, based on the type of solution required the monthly fee is based on the total square footage of your portfolio or the number of individuals who will be using the system.

There is a small one-time charge to configure the system with your business rules, enter your data, and train your team. We provide you with training material for both end users and administrators.

After this initial set up you are fully independent and can manage everything related to your 360 solution (add users, create properties, change business rules?) from your browser. Most of our customers are up and running in a few weeks.
