The program, available 24/7, allows property managers, building engineers, and management teams a standardized mechanism to identify potential crisis and issues, and quickly develop the most effective and efficient way to prepare for and recover after an emergency at their property. The tool includes the flexibility to plan for more and unlimited number of natural, human and operational events. The flexibility of the system provides the capabilities for these plans to be customized to meet specific property conditions.
