360HelpDesk provides the ability to store documents that are relevant to the asset. You can link directly to the manufacturer’s web site and/or the product page for that that model of asset. (Supports all document types: word processing, spreadsheets, images, postscript (PDF) documents, etc.)

Track Warranty and Purchase Information
You can track effective and expiration dates, contract information, and purchasing-related information such as date of purchase and purchase amount.

Track Lease and Service Contract Information

Assets can be tracked by location, space/floor, or room/area. You can assign an asset to a specific employee for oversight purposes.
